Project 1 / Assignment 1 - Animations

For this first assignment, I wanted to explore animations with jQuery.
My goal was to keep the page simple, as I've never worked with jQuery before, so I used simple images,
forming the words MOVE IT, to illustrate different types of animations that could be applied to objects through Animate.css.

Project 2 / Typographic Animations - Lviv

For this second project, I wanted to explore typographic animations as well as some image animations
I wanted to create a mock home page for my hometown in Ukraine — Lviv. Lviv is known as the little Paris of Ukraine
and as beautiful as it is in daylight, it’s even more magical at night, when the street lamps along the cobble stone streets
light up and create a very romantic atmosphere. For this reason, I wanted to light up the title when it is rolled over, to mimic
the city lights at night. Aside from this, I wanted to explore how to animate images by making zoom and overlay effects.

Project 3 / Assignment 3 - ZABIT Surveys

As part of my thesis project, I conducted several surveys with 11-14 year old kids at a Brooklyn Charter School.
My project is about how we can use digital design to reshape fitness habits of New York City children
and as part of my research, I had to find out about the current habits of kids, in particular when it comes to
technology and physical activity. The charts on this page show the various questions I asked
and the results based on percentages.

Final Project / Assignment 4 - ZABIT

Habit is a system of two apps that attempt to reshape and increase the physical activity habits of kids living in urban areas.
In order to show how the app works and some of the interactions that the two apps have, I created this site.
It explains the project a little bit and shows a few GIFs that help to illustrate some app functionality.
I built this site using Bootstrap in order to make it responsive between different devices.
I have also linked my previous assignment, showing results of the surveys I conducted for the project, to the bottom of this page.
